Car - There is a valet parking facility in the basement of the building, with direct elevator access to the fifth floor. There is a reduced rate for patients of this practice. Make sure you bring your ticket to the office to get stamped.

From the East - Take the Belt Parkway West to Exit 2. This will put you on 4th Avenue going north. The parking garage will be on your right in eight blocks, between 93rd and 92nd streets
From the North - Take I-278 South to Exit 17. Turn right at the first light. Take 92nd Street four blocks and turn left on 4th Avenue. The parking garage will be on your left almost immediately, between 93rd and 92nd streets

Subway - The R train stops one block from the office, at the Bay Ridge-95th Street stop. This is the last stop on the R line. The subway exit is on 4th Avenue near 93rd Street. When you come up the stairs, turn around and walk north one block to 92nd Street, turn right, and enter the building from 92nd Street.

Bus - The B8, the B63, and the B70 bus lines stop at the office building's block. The B1, the B16, the S53, the S79, and the X17 all stop within a few blocks.

Walking - Feel free to walk to your appointment. It's healthy for you!
